I know a number of people that are coeliac and really do struggle with cross contamination of hair care and skincare products. Having this condition in itself is a nightmare but having to think so far ahead about re-stocking on skin and hair care can be a real inconvenience. Once again, you can always find paraben free locally but gluten free is a whole different ball game.

Iv'e used a number of the products and technically they really do rock, as well as smelling divine. I especially love the Blonda range for keeping blondes cool and not brassy, I tend to alternate the Blonda Shampoo with another of my favourite paraben free range as the alternative does not do purple shampoo, which I really do need. For those in need of taming the frizz 7 second detangler gives for an amazing blow dry. Please note that for hard core no "silicones" like me it does contain dimethicone so swerve it for some thing else. But remember, it does a great job of smoothing out that frizz and dare i say it but some of the negativity around dimethicone may have been overplayed.
If the 7 seconds is not for you then you could take a look at davines All in One Milk, my sister bought this for me at Christmas and whatever range I use I would never be without this, for me it's the bomb. It smoothes, tames, is light, nourishing and really does the job especially for my type 3a curls which are big, loose spirals.
